This is a powerful technique which the US government has developed over the past twenty years with the help of physicists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychics. The product is an elaborate Protocol which, when followed exactly, enables the user to view a specific place in great detail and relate information such as physical descriptions as well as activities. With lots of practice and discipline, the Protocol, at its higher levels, enables the viewer to move in time as well as access specific purpose and thought activities. Using this Protocol is called Controlled Remote Viewing or CRV. Stanford Research Institute was part of the CRV development program and in1991 the DIA renamed the program 'Star Gate'. In the mid-90s large portions of information were declassified. Some of the original government affiliated CR-Viewers are teaching the process and the skills necessary to use the Protocol. Unfortunately there are other organisations claiming to teach remote viewing but who use short-cut, altered versions which can sometimes prove to be harmful to the viewer. Learning to work with the Protocol and experiencing the results is a growth experience in itself. The realisation that time and space do not exist in the traditional model, and the clarity which flows through, makes for a true transcendental experience. Controlled Remote Viewing has been used by the Russians for 'psychic spying', especially during the Cold War. Because of its high success rate, the US government developed its own program. Today Controlled Remote Viewing is also used to find missing persons. Dominique Surel has had the privilege of being trained in the various levels of Controlled Remote Viewing by one of the original, and very talented, CR-Viewers, Lyn Buchanan.
